BOSTON VENTURES ACQUIRES MAJORITY INTEREST IN HOMEPAGES, LLC

February 1, 2007--Boston, Massachusetts -- Boston Ventures announced today the acquisition of a majority interest in HomePages, LLC, an independent publisher of community yellow pages based in DeKalb, Illinois.  The Company publishes approximately 135 community focused yellow pages directories in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana.     

HomePages was founded in 1997 by Abram Andrzejewski, who will remain CEO and will maintain a significant equity stake in the Company.  “I am very excited to be partnering with Boston Ventures.  Their insight and broad national expertise is the perfect compliment to the intensively local focus of our management team,” said Mr. Andrzejewski.  “This transaction provides our employees with a tremendous opportunity to continue building value in our business.”
